Our foundation is a network of residential villages integrated with productive farmland.
ARCA Villages are built to thrive, no matter what the current state of world affairs.
Civilizations flourish around food and water sources.
Our acquisition strategy aims to steward already-productive farmland in key locations.
We make conventional farms and ranches more productive, and resilient.
We achieve this by changing the economic dynamics, radically enhancing the nature of the interactions with the local communities.
Houses, shared amenities, and services are wisely integrated into the landscape to provide a top-of-the-line lifestyle for the residents.
Convivential layers are designed to evolve over time, expanding possibilities for each of the residential developments as well as for the whole network.
With a maximum of 150 units available in each Village, ARCA developments are home to dynamic, high-value individuals and families who choose freedom over fear and are committed to being their best selves.
This segment includes families and retirees that demand larger villas. They are anywhere between 35-75 yo.
They are interested in contributing to the network with their experience, acumen, and vested interest in legacy.
This group ranges from 25 to 45 years old. They are singles or are in a partnership, looking for condos or co-living spaces.
Interested in shared spaces (like fitness centers, coworking, and cafes,) they bring vibrance to the community.
How ARCA is different from other intentional communities?
Every member goes over a curated and personalized process to ensure that we’ll live amongst people fully committed to being the best version of themselves.
An Integrated Farming Operation is at the foundation of each Village. <br><br>
By implementing Joel Salatin’s Polyface Farming Methodology we incorporate locals as entrepreneurs, integrating the Village as a source of value for the surrounding towns.
As soon as the basic grid of services has been built, we’ll allow residents to move right away by using modular & transportable structures.
The process allows a scaffolded transition for villages to accommodate population growth.
Villages will always have a source of drinkable water available.
The master plan includes water pumps, condensers, filters, tanks, pipes & irrigation systems.
Each Village’s waste disposal system will be adapted according to the permaculture of their particular environment.
Our aim is to obtain the best possible way of repurposing the waste.
Shared amenities include:
■ Coworking space;
■ Workshop / Maker’s Space;
■ Fitness Center;
■ Dojo;
■ Learning Spaces;
■ First-Aid Room.
Our financial and lawful structure will be supported by blockchain. This facilitates the stewardship of property & voting rights outside of state-sponsored agencies. <br><br>
Also allows members to obtain liquidity by permanent access to primary and secondary markets.
To keep improving ourselves and our kids, each Village in the Network will have a dedicated Learning Center where classes and courses will take place.
The integrated farm also provides an optional line of knowledge for residents of all ages.
The best way of avoiding conflict is to prepare for it. That’s why the masterplan includes:
Perimeter security, defensive countermeasures, and community integration in the process through our Dojo and bow-and-arrow shooting range.
Even though we’ll depend on the existing electrical grid for the first stages of development, our focus will be on implementing alternative sources in time, like Energy Generators, Solar, Wind, and Batteries.
This person will be at the center of the social dynamics for each Village and their sole focus is to improve the experience of living there.
For this, they produce larger social events, small get-togethers, and also peer-to-peer connections between residents.
Our development philosophy follows Ruban principles and sacred geometry guidelines.
Our settlements are meant to be infrastructurally autonomous cells existing within a web of nature, farms, communication, informational and spiritual interconnectivity.
Each Village makes its own decisions. Our master plan proposes a decentralized Governance system through Decision Circles, and an internal, principle-based Convivential Code.
We plan to incorporate DemocracyOS to secure all residents’ participation in the decision-making process.
